Employers or education institutions needing to verify credentials should provide a signed release from the employee/student. Send signed form(s) to: transcripts@cvtech.edu.
Current or former CV Tech student may request a copy of their transcript by completing the form below.
A processing time of 2-5 business days is expected for all requests, excluding holidays and breaks.
