Finalization
It’s time to finalize your paperwork and get ready for the 2026-27 school year.
What to Expect
There will be several tables to visit and a few forms to fill out during your visit. Chose to join us any time that fits your schedule during our event hours. Students (and their parents/guardians) can expect to spend about an hour at Enrollment Finalization with prefilled documents on ParentSquare. Expect to spend over an hour if you have not filled your paperwork.
Many tables are required and some items are essential to bring with you. Please read this page to ensure you’re ready when you get here!Â

Parking Pass
In order to drive to school, you will be required to obtain a free parking pass.
You will be required to fill out a digital form that includes the year, make, model, and license plate number of your vehicle(s).
Photos
Students will have a required photo taken for identification in our Student Identification System (SIS) and ID badges. For some programs and campuses, these photos will be used for clinical badges.
Proof of Residency
Adult students, as well as Epic/ home school/ online high school students will require two (2) proofs of residency.
Project Fee Payments
Several programs have a Required Class Project Fee for new students. This payment is due before the first day of class and can be paid via credit card or cash during enrollment finalization.

Adult Students

- 2 Proofs of residency (gas, water, electric, mortgage statement, lease agreement)
- High school transcript or diploma if applying for Next Step Tuition Waiver
- Payment for select classes
