An audience's first impression creates emotions and causes actions based on their perception of you. This class will address verbal dialogue tactics and the recognition of non-verbal clues you give by entering a room or even beginning a dialog. Learn how to determine what may be happening, building a rapport, evasiveness, attempted intimidation or possible threat or danger. This course qualifies for CLEET Mandatory CEU's.
