This course is designed to help students prepare for the Comp TIA Certifications: A+; Net+; Security+; or Linux+. Also available is the LPIC-1 certification form the Linux Professional Institute. Depending on your experience, you may need one or more sessions to complete both the cirriculum and test preparation for a given certification. For those who do not want certifications, hands-on experience is available to increase your skills to install, repair, maintain, upgrade or build your own computer or network. Tuition does not include certification exam fees. Prerequisite: Experience using computers and applications or completed classes similar to intro to PC's. Intro to Windows 7/XP/98, etc. Headphones required.
