Behavioral Analysis Interview Techniques Introduction
Comprehensive class for HR staff, personal interviewers (managers, supervisors), investigators, security personnel or peace officers who want to learn about subtle unconscious verbal and non-verbal behaviors that can help you determine whether a person is open and honest, or evasive and untruthful. This class will cover deceitful verbal speech patterns, signal phrases, alarm words, paralanguage, body language posters, gentures and behaviors. This class qualifies for CLEET Mandatory CEU's.
